If in our difficulties we can see God’s love, He will be enough. Follow the testimony of a sister in Christ who was born in Indonesia and, upon moving to Japan, to a different culture and facing an illness, realized she needed to deepen her intimacy with God.

Excessive workload, anxiety, depression, and even suicide may seem like distant issues for those called by God to lead the church. Yet ignoring these realities only increases the burden on pastors, leaders, and missionaries. This article raises awareness during Yellow September, reflecting on the sacred command of rest – so often neglected – and how the lack of understanding about it has led many leaders to drift away from God’s plans.
